Grosvenor & Hilbert Pavilion Opening - May 2016

The pavilion building at Grosvenor & Hilbert Park was formally opened by the Mayor of Tunbridge Wells during the May bank holiday weekend.

Speeches by the FOGH (Friends of Grosvenor & Hilbert Park) and HLF (Heritage Lottery Fund) were enjoyed alongside some rather excellent cakes.

BIG Lottery and HLF funding success at Margate - April 2016

Funding for the next stage of development at Margate Caves has been approved with support from HLF and the BIG Lottery.

Kaner Olette has been appointed to retain their current role as lead architects on the scheme.

Gateway Cafe Wins RIBA South East Regional Award 2016 - April 2016

The Gateway Cafe has won the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) South East Regional Awards 2016.

There were 32 buildings entered in the region, which covers Kent, Surrey, East and West Sussex, and the Channel Islands.

Tree Planting & Carols at Grosvenor & Hilbert Pavilion - December 2015

Regional Finalist for the Civic Trust Awards 2016 Kilmorey Mausoleum - October 2015

The restoration of Grade II* Kilmorey Mausoleum has been selected as a regional finalist for the Civic Trust Awards 2016.

The project, funded by the London Borough of Richmond, has involved sensitive works to reinstate cast iron railings, gates and herringbone pavings. The roof has been carefully repaired on this unique neo Egyptian granite structure in West London.

£1.8 million Heritage Lottery Funding awarded to Orleans House Gallery - July 2015

Lord True, Leader of Richmond Council and Chairman of Orleans House Trust pleased to announce major funding award as part of the £3.6 million project to extend, refurbish and restore the existing buildings.

The enhanced facility will enable the gallery to become a heritage and cultural hub.
