Courtyard House is a large grade II listed property within the green belt in Edenbridge. The original scheme is a remodelling to rear of the house with removal of some insensitive elements and the addition of a contemporary two storey extension to the rear. This provides a new feature bathroom and a link between four disparate sections of the house. Works are ongoing on potential improvements to the separate outbuilding.

Materials include oak joinery, zinc roofing and natural cedar cladding.
