A remodelling and extending of an existing dwelling to provide contemporary sustainable family home. Loft area converted to generous main bedroom suite with panoramic views of the landscape beyond. Ground floor extensions created open plan living, dining and kitchen area spilling into the garden. Wild meadow roof and highly insulated building fabric enhances the sustainability of the site. Materials include red stack bonded brickwork and coated steel cladding.

The client developed the interior design to a high level.
