Who we are:
Kaner Olette is a multi-award-winning architectural practice with a diverse portfolio ranging from contemporary design to heritage-led conservation and public sector projects. Based in Tunbridge Wells, we work on a broad range of community, residential and commercial projects across Kent, London and the South East. Whether it is restoring a ruined chapel in Stoke Newington, or retrofitting old agricultural buildings to create a new public face for the trailblazing Knepp Estate, we approach all projects with passion for craft and quality.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build on their academic training and gain meaningful project experience across all RIBA stages. You’ll be working closely with project architects and directors, contributing to projects from day one. We’re looking for someone proactive and curious, with a strong design sensibility, good communication skills, and a willingness to take initiative in a supportive team environment.

Key Attributes:
‣ Creative thinker with strong design and presentation skills.
‣ Be well organised, prioritise and manage their time efficiently to meet deadlines.
‣ Competent in 2D and 3D software – Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup preferred.
‣ Strong attention to detail and eagerness to develop technical and professional skills.
‣ Passion for architecture and a genuine interest in heritage and community-based projects.
‣ A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
‣ Eligible to work in the UK.
