Kaner Olette is a multi-award-winning architectural practice with a diverse portfolio ranging from contemporary design to heritage-led conservation and public sector projects. Based in Tunbridge Wells, we work on a broad range of community, residential and commercial projects across Kent, London and the South East. Whether it is restoring a ruined chapel in Stoke Newington, or retrofitting old agricultural buildings to create a new public face for the trailblazing Knepp Estate, we approach all projects with passion for craft and quality.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect or Senior Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects from early concept stages through to completion, with support from the wider team.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and initiative—and who shares our passion for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture.

Key Attributes:

‣ Ambitious project architect, preferably with experience working on conservation projects and/or with recognised accreditations.
‣ Enthusiastic and proactive approach driving projects from concept to completion - ability to work across all RIBA stages.
‣ Confident navigating UK planning and building regulations, with a track record of successful project delivery.
‣ Ability to maintain focus on the big picture and achieve results without losing sight of the details.
‣ Strong communicator and strong problem-solving skills to ensure that projects remain on target both in terms of timescales and fee.
‣ Proficient in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite.
‣ Available from August 2025.
